Professional development courses are ongoing
As previously reported, short-term professional development courses for legal expert-consultants of the “Inson” Centers and responsible staff members of the Child Social Protection Departments are continuing.
During today’s sessions, E. Sabirov, Professor at the Academy of Justice, conducted a training session on “Specific Features of Judicial Consideration of Cases Related to the Recovery of Alimony,” while J. Tirkashev, a judge of the Supreme Court, conducted a session on “Judicial Consideration of Civil Cases Related to Housing Disputes and Debt Recovery.”
The sessions addressed the procedures for considering this category of cases, the assessment of evidence, and key issues requiring particular attention in judicial practice.
