Professional development courses organized for legal staff of the regional offices of the Cadastral Agency under the National Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Urbanization and Sustainable Development of the Housing Market have been completed at the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the training sessions, participants studied issues related to the recovery of state-owned land plots that had been unlawfully occupied, disputes involving the demolition of illegally constructed buildings, the submission of statements of claim to courts and appeals to higher judicial instances, as well as procedural aspects of hearing cases in civil and economic courts.

Theoretical knowledge was reinforced through practical sessions, helping participants develop skills in preparing court documents, correctly applying legal provisions, and substantiating legal positions.

Participants achieved high results in the final tests. Certificates were awarded to those who successfully completed the course.
