Developing Trainees’ Cognitive and Collaborative Thinking Skills
Team-building sessions aimed at developing trainees’ intellectual potential, creative thinking, and teamwork skills are being conducted at the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The sessions, organised with the participation of the Academy’s psychologist, Y. Dosjanova, employ intellectual games, practical tasks, and team exercises to develop skills in approaching problems from unconventional perspectives, identifying optimal solutions, and making collaborative decisions.
Furthermore, the sessions help strengthen trainees’ psychological resilience, develop self-regulation skills in stressful situations, and enhance the competencies required for professional practice.
Creative thinking, psychological resilience, and effective collaboration are essential components of the professional training of future judges.
