A Psychologically Resilient Judge — An Important Guarantee of a Fair Decision
The professional activity of a judge requires a high degree of responsibility, impartiality, composure, and strong psychological resilience. This is because every decision made during judicial proceedings is closely connected with an individual’s fate, the interests of society, and the rule of law.
Chronic stress, psychological strain, and professional burnout can negatively affect a person’s attention, emotional state, and ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
Therefore, on 19 August 2026, in Andijan Region, the Academy of Justice organized a psychological seminar-training for judges with the participation of the Academy’s experts and psychologists.
The main objective of the training was to strengthen judges’ psychological resilience in their professional activities, develop effective stress-management skills, prevent emotional strain, and enhance the ability to make impartial and balanced decisions in complex situations.

🔹 stress management and reduction of psychological strain;
🔹 development of emotional intelligence;
🔹 self-management and maintaining composure in difficult situations;
🔹 prevention of professional burnout;
🔹 maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life.The training was conducted through practical and interactive exercises, enabling participants not only to strengthen their theoretical knowledge but also to acquire effective psychological techniques that can be applied in their daily professional activities.
