ACADEMY OF JUSTICE REPRESENTATIVE PRESENTS UZBEKISTAN’S EXPERIENCE AT AN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE IN MALTA
The RC26 international conference is taking place in Valletta, Malta, from 26 to 28 October 2026, in cooperation with the Hedayah Center and the International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law (IIJ).
At the event, Dilshod Isroilov, Professor at the Academy of Justice, delivered a presentation entitled “Strengthening Judicial Capacity in Adjudicating Terrorism-Related Cases: Examples from Uzbekistan’s Investigative and Judicial Practice.”
The presentation highlighted Uzbekistan’s experience in strengthening judges’ professional capacity in handling terrorism-related cases, assessing digital evidence, and ensuring fair trial guarantees.
The conference also provided an opportunity to discuss prospects for developing international cooperation, improving training programmes, and exchanging experience.
