A professional development course for legal services staff of the territorial departments of the Chamber of State Cadastres, under the Cadastre Agency of the National Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Urbanization and Sustainable Development of the Housing Market, has been completed at the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the training sessions, participants studied the state registration of rights to immovable property, procedures for the pre-trial settlement of disputes arising in this area, and the practical application of relevant legislation.

The programme also covered enforcement of administrative court decisions, procedures for submitting applications, complaints, and petitions to courts, the legal justification of decisions made by territorial departments of the Chamber of State Cadastres, and the consideration of cases involving actions or omissions by officials of cadastral authorities.

Particular attention was paid to procedures for handling applications from individuals and legal entities, lawyers’ requests, and court proceedings concerning disputes related to the state registration of rights to immovable property.

Theoretical knowledge was reinforced through practical examples, helping participants develop their skills in correctly applying legal provisions, preparing legal documents, and participating effectively in court proceedings.

At the end of the course, participants took tests to assess their knowledge. Those who successfully passed the tests were awarded certificates of completion.
