Short-term professional development courses for legal expert-consultants of the “Inson” Centers and responsible staff members of the Child Social Protection Departments, organized jointly by the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, have been successfully completed.

The educational programme was aimed at enhancing the professional knowledge and practical skills of responsible staff members of the “Inson” Centers in the fields of family and civil law, as well as developing their competencies to effectively protect the rights and legitimate interests of children and families in judicial proceedings.

During the courses, participants attended theoretical and practical sessions on developments in relevant regulatory and legal acts, legal risk management, contractual and legal relations, judicial practice, and current issues of legal expertise.

The sessions were conducted by faculty members of the Academy, as well as judges with many years of professional experience from the Supreme Court and the courts of Tashkent City.

At the end of the professional development courses, the participants’ knowledge was assessed through testing. The results showed that all participants demonstrated a high level of mastery of the material, and certificates were presented to them upon completion of the courses.
