✔️ On 8 July 2026, Presidential Resolution No. PQ-257 “On Measures for the Further Development of the Digital Government System” was adopted.

✔️ The Resolution sets out key priorities for introducing the Unified Integrated Digital Platform and expanding the use of digital technologies in public administration.

✔️ Under the Resolution, by the end of 2028, at least 5,000 administrative functions of government agencies will be digitized. In addition, it is planned to reduce the costs of developing and operating state information systems by at least 30 percent.

✔️ The Unified Integrated Digital Platform will serve as the core technological component of the Digital Government system. It will provide a unified architecture, standards, and technological as well as organizational approaches for the development, modernization, maintenance, and cybersecurity of state information systems.

✔️ Furthermore, the platform will accelerate the development of state information systems through reusable digital components and services, while ensuring standardization and reducing development costs.

✔️ In accordance with the Resolution, beginning 1 January 2027, internal document circulation, decision-making and approval processes within government agencies, as well as the provision of public services, will be carried out entirely in electronic form using the platform and its digital components.

✔️ The Resolution also introduces the Open API principle to simplify data exchange between the information systems of government agencies and organizations. This will ensure fast, secure, and seamless interoperability among various state information systems.
