In implementation of Presidential Decree No. PF–141 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21 August 2025, the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has launched short-term fee-based professional development courses for legal personnel working within the Ministry's system.
The training programme is designed to enhance participants' knowledge and practical skills in modern legislation, law enforcement practice, and the operation of legal services within the public administration system.
Throughout the programme, participants will attend theoretical and practical sessions covering recent developments in legislation, legal risk management, contractual legal relations, judicial practice, and current issues in legal expertise.
The courses are delivered by professors and lecturers of the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as experienced judges from the courts of Tashkent City and Tashkent Region.
The programme is conducted using interactive teaching methods, case study analysis, and practical discussions aimed at strengthening participants' professional competencies and enhancing the effectiveness of their professional activities.
