For internal applicants, the entrance examinations will be conducted in the form of tests in specialty subjects and a foreign language.

Assessment criteria:

🔹 Tests will be administered in specialty subjects and a foreign language.

Applicants who hold a national or international certificate confirming their foreign language proficiency will be awarded the maximum score for the foreign language component without taking the examination.

The maximum possible score on the entrance tests is 100 points.

❗️Applicants who score 56 points or less in the entrance examination will not be admitted to the program.

📚 What areas will the test questions cover?

⚖️ Practical application of criminal and criminal procedural law;

🏛 Substantive and procedural law in civil courts;

💼 Practical application of substantive and procedural law in economic courts;

📑 Practical application of substantive and procedural law in administrative courts;

⚖️ Judicial and legal reforms and the fundamentals of constitutional law.

For information: External applicants are admitted to the Master’s program in accordance with the Regulation “On the Procedure for Admission to Master’s Programs of Higher Education Institutions,” approved by Resolution No. 578 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 13 September 2025, based on the ranking of their average undergraduate diploma scores.
