An interview with Dilshod Aripov, Vice-Rector of the Academy of Justice, focusing on the tasks set out in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 14 August 2026 “On the Strategy ‘Justice – 2030’: Establishing a People-Centered and Fair Judicial System that Reliably Protects Human Rights in New Uzbekistan” has been published by the National News Agency of Uzbekistan (UzA).

The interview discusses key priorities aimed at taking the system of judicial personnel training and professional development to a new level, including the introduction of a continuous “Pipeline Model” for training judicial personnel, development of a professional competency profile, transformation of the Academy in line with international standards, and the establishment of a Foresight Center, Endowment Fund, and Alumni Association.

It also covers the wider use of Micro-learning and the “Judge-edu” Telegram bot, as well as the systematic organization of overseas internships for judges and court staff.
