The Academy held a seminar-training entitled “Compliance Control in Judicial Activities” as part of the implementation of Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-106 dated 8 June 2026, “On Additional Measures to Improve the Effectiveness of the Compliance Control System in the Courts.”
During the seminar, participants discussed the role and importance of compliance control in the judicial system, mechanisms for identifying, assessing, and mitigating corruption risks, effective approaches to managing conflicts of interest, as well as practical aspects of ensuring compliance with integrity standards in official activities.
