Malika Shakhobidinovna Shukurova will defend her dissertation entitled “Improving the Regulation of Divorce in Private International Law”, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences in the specialty 12.00.03 – Civil Law; Business Law; Family Law; Private International Law.
The dissertation defense will take place on 21 November 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at a meeting of the Scientific Council PhD.27/2025.27.12.Y.01.02 under the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
