Polat Konysbayevich Iskenderov, an independent researcher at Karakalpak State University, has prepared a dissertation entitled “Civil Law Regulation of Compensation for Damage Caused by Motor Vehicles” for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Legal Sciences, in the specialty 12.00.03 — Civil Law, Business Law, Family Law, and Private International Law.
The dissertation defense will take place on 24 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at a meeting of Scientific Council PhD.27/2025.27.12.Yu.01.02 under the Academy of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
